FRL Token Airdrop Details

We are excited to announce an upcoming airdrop of 500 million FRL tokens! This airdrop will be split between XRP holders and FRL holders, with a total of 150 million FRL tokens allocated for XRP holders and 350 million FRL tokens allocated for FRL holders.

A snapshot will be taken on April 26th, 2023 at 15:00:00 ET to determine the eligibility of wallets for the airdrop. The distribution of tokens will occur on May 1st, 2023 for XRP holders and one month later on June 1st, 2023 for FRL holders.

Here are the details for each group:

XRP Holders:

• Eligibility: Set $FRL Trustline and held XRP tokens in your wallet at the time of the snapshot on April 26th, 2023 at 15:00:00 ET.
• Distribution date & time: May 1st, 2023 15:00:00 ET
• Total Airdrop amount: 150,000,000 FRL tokens
• Ratio calculation: (Total FRL token airdrop amount for XRP holders) ÷ (Total sum of XRP token holdings across all eligible addresses at snapshot time) = FRL token airdrop ratio per XRP token held.

Example:

If someone holds 1,000 XRP tokens and the total number of XRP tokens held across all eligible addresses at snapshot time is 500,000 XRP tokens, then the FRL token airdrop ratio per XRP Token held would be:

150,000,000 FRL tokens ÷ 500,000 XRP tokens = 300 FRL tokens per XRP Token held

So if someone holds 1,000 XRP tokens, they would receive an airdrop of: (300 FRL tokens per XRP Token held) x (1,000 XRP tokens held) = 300,000 FRL tokens

FRL holders:

• Eligibility: held FRL tokens at the time of the snapshot on April 26th, 2023 at 15:00:00 ET.
• Distribution date & time: June 1st, 2023 15:00:00 ET
• Total Airdrop amount: 350,000,000 FRL tokens
• Ratio calculation: (Total FRL token airdrop amount for FRL holders) ÷ (Total sum of FRL token holdings across all eligible addresses at snapshot time) = FRL token airdrop ratio per FRL Token held.

Example:

If someone holds 1,000,000 FRL tokens and the total number of FRL tokens held across all eligible addresses at snapshot time is 500,000,000 FRL tokens, then the FRL token airdrop ratio per FRL Token held would be:

350,000,000 FRL tokens ÷ 500,000,000 FRL tokens = 0.7 FRL tokens per FRL Token held

So if someone holds 1,000,000 FRL tokens, they would receive an airdrop of: (0.7 FRL tokens per FRL Token held) x (1,000,000 FRL tokens held) = 700,000 FRL tokens

Please note that in order to be eligible for the airdrop, $FRL Trustline must be set up and funded at the time of the snapshot on April 26th, 2023 at 15:00:00 ET.
