Lotus flowers are beautiful, so it does take a while

When the time comes, there is not much to say.

How have you been? What have you been doing? Have you been taking good care of yourself? I know the answer to all of these too well. I know you have, because that's just who you are.

But beyond all these questions that seem surface level, there are still some curiosities that penetrate my heart. How many songs have you written? Did you think about any new concepts for a new album or even triology? What books have you read? Did your mindset change a lot since when you changed the environment where you work? I remember you saying you would like to try a nine to five routine, how was it? How did you manage your hobbies? Have you picked up anything new?

All these questions that float around and I die to ask them to you are just proof that nothing between us has changed. Although I know you don’t usually talk about these things often, I know that if we ask you during a weverse live, you will most probably answer to the extend you feel comfortable to, because that’s who you are - someone who loves ARMYs like this.

I know this letter might never reach you, but this is just my attempt to put into the world just a little more love for you. Putting out there just some more words, so when you hear our voices again, maybe between all that love, there will be also a soft echo of my love for you I have put in the world through these distant words.

The thing about you and love, Yoongi, is that all the love you gave us is all meant to come back to you. We are here waiting with all this love, because you taught us about it and it's only natural it comes back to you. It's only natural we put this love where it belongs - in your hands.

All this love each of us has either received from you through your songs and your words or the love that came back tenfold as a result of our love for you and our silent tries and wishes to prove you or keep our promise to be a better human, to not give up on our dreams, to take our hands off what we can’t control and focus on what we can, to take it slow when it comes to overcoming an obstacle, to accelerate when we feel like crashing down, to know we are already more than worthy of being loved, not to let the world weight too much on our shoulders, to lean on you when it’s hard for us, all this love, Yoongi, is all from you, for you and about you. Every single moment I’ve loved deeply is because I have learned it from you.

Whenever it will be the time to see each other's faces again, please know that what you are going to find is the same fond look you saw in the crowd during your tour while singing 'Seesaw' when our eyes looked like miniature oceans of love.

We have waited for you for two years, so one or two more months isn't that long right? It is enough for us to know that you are home, safe, with the people you love, and we already saw that during Hobi's concert on your anniversary.

Because I want to leave most of the things in the past, I don’t want to say those words, but just so you know, but we will get through this together. Love does ease the pain, and we will keep making sure you receive enough to forget the pain.
