Ready to jump into delivery? Don’t, until you’re certain you can compete for business by satisfying each of the bullet points on this list.

We’d hazard a guess that most restaurant operators have had (or should have had) a taste of third-party delivery. A few are likely crushing it sales-wise, boosting revenues by 20%-30%. Many others are probably filling a few orders each night, but the four or five tablets behind the host stand (or in another inconvenient location) are constantly confusing employees (“Oops, someone got an order wrong”). Still, it’s hard to ignore the **industry gurus** telling you delivery is the big-bucks future of your business.
