Share Your Resources Learnings And Experiences
Your team might need your help at any case . You must share your experience and learnings to your mates. If you share the knowledge with others you’ll become a leader.
We are committed to building an encouraging, caring, and supportive environment. We share a responsibility to support our team members and enrich their lives.

Appreciate And Acknowledge Others
When people feel unappreciated in the workplace, it becomes harder and harder for them to see the benefit in going that extra mile. If there’s no one there to recognize the work they put in, there’s little motivation to continue to do more.
That’s where you come in. Whether you’re a manager or just a grateful peer, make an effort to give credit where credit is due. This can translate to verbal recognition in a company meeting or something as simple as a thoughtful email.
“Offer little celebrations of the good things or accomplishments in their life — getting promoted, getting married, winning a race, etc. A little note or nod of congratulations is always appreciated, and reminds people they’re part of a supportive team,” explains HubSpot’s Director of Content Corey Wainwright.

Be Humble And Honest
Being humble doesn’t translate to selling yourself short. It doesn’t mean that you’re passive or insecure. Instead, humility actually shows that you have a clear perspective and you’re self-aware — which is actually a sign of emotional intelligence.
In an team setting, this ability to recognize your own limitations and shortcomings can make it easier for you to build meaningful relationships with your coworkers.
For example: knowing that you don’t have all the answers might lead you to ask others for their input. This signals to your colleagues that you’re open to other ideas, and can ultimately help you identify and solve for their specific needs.

Be Respectful Of People’s Time
We’re all busy and stressed. We’re all dealing with things we don’t want to deal with. And most importantly, we all wish there were more than 24 hours in a day.
While you can’t resolve these problems with the wave of a wand, you can take small steps towards making them more manageable by respecting your coworkers’ time. Aware that 5 minutes here and 20 minutes there can add up during the day, make an effort to show up on time and come prepared.
“If a meeting ends early, don’t try to fill the time. If a meeting doesn’t need to happen anymore, cancel it. Being respectful of people’s time is appreciated,” urges Corey.

Empathy
Practice Empathy
We do not practice empathy. What is empathy look like?
Here’s the lack of empathy. This is normal at our industry/ business world.
You walk into someone’s office. Someone walks into our office and says your performance have been very down for the 3rd quarter in a row. You have to speed up your work and perform well otherwise i can’t guarantee what the future look like.
How inspired you think that the person is to come to work the next day.
Here’s the empathy’s look like. You walk into someone’s office. Someone walks into our office and says your performance have been very down for the 3rd quarter in a row. Are you okay? I am worried about you. What’s going on?.
We all have performance issues. Maybe someone’s kid is sick . Maybe the are having problems in their marriage. Maybe one their parents is dying. We don’t know what’s going on their lives. And of course it will affect performance at work. Empathy is being concerned about the human being not just their outputs
Be soulful Be Kind Be in love, Love is all, there is Love is the whole thing We are only pieces… -Rumi.

Share workload
Share Workload Whenever They Need You
As a good team player it’s your responsibility to achieve your deadlines on time. In case any of a team member is stuck on some task which may possible to finish on time. So being a team player share your co worker workload. It maybe the right time to build trustful relationship with your teammates. It is also give positive vibes on others as well that you do care about your team not only your tasks.

Create Traditions
At my venture we had a couple of traditions which applies to everyone to do some fun. We practice to say truth about everyone that what i notice about everyone and i share my feedback to improve his/her self at our monthly dinner. We share one bad and one good thing about everyone.
Apart from work we should build traditions to enjoy our get togethers or live meetings to chill out sometimes maybe in a month or in a week.

Brings Some Snacks And Cuisines
It’s only applies if we are working in a office together.
This one’s simple: One of the best ways to your coworker’s heart is through their stomach.
Bring some snacks or cuisines will allow you to spent some free time together and allow you guys to share general knowledge to each other.

Be Motivated And Keep Others As Well Specially Your Juniors
Our environment has a significant impact on our productivity, contentment and creativity. Healthy and happy teams are more likely to feel motivated and engaged.
Find motivation learning and challenging yourself to be a 1% better everyday. Keep yourself hungry to gain knowledge and keep up to date others specially your juniors.

Share Feedback Proactively and Professionally
What is a professional way of sharing feedback?
- Set up a 1:1 meeting.
- Document your points that you want to share.
- Substantiate each point of feedback with an example.
You lead with the impact that someone’s actions has on you. you start by disclosing your intention in sharing feedback (which is to help the other person be 1% better everyday).
What is a NON-professional way of sharing feedback?
- Staying silent, letting frustrations build up, etc.
- It is NOT professional to be passive aggressive or to not communicate whatever is bothering you.
In the workplace, it is super important to communicate proactively with the right people about what is or is not working.
