According to a study done by The Harris Poll Thought Leadership Practice in 2024, Air and Fire zodiac signs (think Libra, Aquarius, Gemini, Aries, Sagittarius, Leo) are the most desired in dating! I got to say these results didn’t surprise me. We live in a society that appreciates the hustle and intellectualization these signs carry.

On the other hand, Water and Earth zodiac signs (think Scorpio, Pisces, Cancer, Taurus, Capricorn, Virgo) are the most avoided! While I may not agree with this, I do understand it.

Water signs can be quite emotional and we want dating to be fun, not emotional! Earth signs can be strict and let’s be honest it’s hard to go out when your date has a specific diet requirement or a bed time they need to uphold.

As an Aquarius myself I can see how my easy goingness, openess and quirkiness can be attractive in the dating stage. But as an Aquarius, I also want to be a devil’s advocate and rally for my brothers and sisters: otherwise known as the Water and Earth zodiac signs.
