Chosen ones, when you think that July is drawing to a close and Ryo Tatsuki’s prophecy is not going to happen, a powerful magnitude 8.7 earthquake struck off Russia’s Far Eastern Kamchatka Peninsula on Wednesday, generating a tsunami of up to 4 metres (13 feet), prompting evacuations and damaging buildings. The scale of the tsunami’s impacts keeps growing as countries on all sides of the Pacific Ocean are taking precautionary measures.

The U.S. Tsunami Warning System also issued a warning of “hazardous tsunami waves” for some coasts of Russia, Japan, and Hawaii. The danger can continue for many hours after the initial wave as subsequent waves arrive. Tsunami wave heights cannot be predicted, and the first wave may not be the largest. Officials in Hawaii have ordered an immediate evacuation of large parts of the coastline of Oahu, including coastal areas of Honolulu.

So, did the prediction come true? That depends on how hard you try to make things fit. Some might say that collective consciousness and prayers altered the outcome, and that the future has changed. The gap between the two is significant, whether in location, timing, or, more importantly, magnitude. The difference isn’t linear, but exponential. But even if it is different, the right spirit is still to take it seriously as far as what actually happened.
