A sustainable token economy must balance the emissions required to bootstrap the network with robust mechanisms to capture and distribute generated value. The PZXM token implements a “Deflationary Engine” designed to systematically reduce the circulating supply of PZXM as protocol usage scales.

Protocol Revenue Streams

The PZXM Treasury captures revenue through two primary vectors:

Query Fees: A small percentage (2–5%) of every Data Request Proposal (DRP) transaction is captured by the protocol as a facilitation fee.

Commercial Royalties: When IP-NFTs funded by the protocol achieve commercial success, a predetermined percentage of the fiat or stablecoin revenue is routed back to the protocol treasury.

The Value Capture MechanismThese revenues are not hoarded; they are deployed algorithmically to benefit the ecosystem:

Programmatic Buyback & Burn: A significant portion of the captured revenue is used by smart contracts to automatically purchase PZXM on the open market and permanently destroy it. As research volume increases, the burn rate accelerates, creating a structural deflationary pressure on the total supply.

Real Yield Staking: The remaining portion of the protocol revenue is distributed as “Real Yield” to users who actively stake their PZXM and participate in governance or data curation. This ensures that long-term aligned participants share in the economic upside of the network’s scientific breakthroughs.
