Truth About Olymp Trade & FinCom

I am going to keep it simple & short. I am going to present my experience with Olymp Trade.

I joined Olympt Trade in 2018, traded a few times & then didn’t return for a year. After a year when I joined back, I started trading in FTT (Fixed Time Trading) scheme & started making good amount of money. I really liked their deposit bonus because of which your risk to reward ratio increases significantly. Until recently everything was smooth (deposits, withdrawals etc.). But there was this one withdrawal request (of about 25000/- INR), which they said they had processed, but I never received the amount. I followed up for a month but they didn’t resolve the issue.

Then one day I got a mail from Olymp Trade stating that my account has been blocked because I have created multiple accounts. I had around 2.5 million INR in my account, of which they only returned around 0.9 million.

Later I realized that I had created an account in the past by mistake using 1-click google registration button on their registration page. As soon as I logged in, I realised that it wasn’t the account that I use (as my account was with a different email address), so logged out & never logged in again or did any kind of transaction.

After several follow ups with Olymp Trade, I decided to raise a complaint with the financialcommission.org.

I told the authorities of FinCom, that even though I have an account with another email address, there won’t be any financial activity that would be found on that account as I created it by mistake & I asked for the proof of any other duplicate accounts they have found belonging to me.

After following with them as well for about a month, they finally revieled 3 accounts that they claimed that belonged to me. Except for the 1 that I have mentioned above, the other 2 accounts didn’t belong to me. I asked them to investigate furthur as there had been a mistake. They said, the duplicacy of accounts is checked by a product called fingerprintjs, which has been integrated in Olymp Trade website. They closed the case stating that they cannot comment on the 3rd party product (fingerprintjs).
