I’ve picked up a new ritual lately.

Every evening after I log off from work, I grab a sheet of paper, some colours, and spend 15–20 minutes making a simple piece of art.

Nothing fancy. Just pastel and acrylic sketches.

And honestly, it’s become my favourite part of the day.

For those few minutes, there are no screens, no notifications, no endless dopamine scrolls…

Now I find myself looking forward to creating something small and beautiful every day.

The best way to recharge is to make something with your own hands!
