Value of Pancasila in Digital Era

Promoting Pancasila in This Era

As an Indonesian we have to know our national principle, namely pancasila. Sadly in this era of generation-z value of pancasila slowly faded from the society, because of the digital growth from every aspect and acculturation that rampant all across the country, value-value that consider conventional slowly being forgotten.

What we must do as a gen-z?

As a gen-z and citizen of Indonesia we must not remove the value of Pancasila from everyday life. Also i believe gen-z know better when it comes to digital thing, internet, etc, it is up to us how we’re gonna use it for everyday life, because as we know it can be used for a positive thing or a negative thing. As a good citizen of Indonesia we must know better our principle than the others and also we must implement the value of pancasila, aware nor unaware we are implementing the value of pancasila in our daily life because pancasila is the foundation to be a good citizen and also a good human being.

We can start from promoting pancasila in our social media, what i mean by promoting is not directly promote pancasila, but we can create a creative content thus containing an entertainment purpose and reflecting the value of pancasila. For example we can celebrate a historical day with our content and having a representation value of pancasila.

I am not a maker of Pancasila. I am not a creator of Pancasila. I merely put into words some feelings existing among people, to which I gave the name of Pancasila. I.R. Soekarno

So lets embrace our culture more and conserve the value of pancasila so it doesn’t faded away easily.
