Job for Tier 3 Colleges students in India.

It is easy to get a job in the IT field if you are a master in specific skills. It could be Web Development, Cloud Computing, Machine learning, App development and so on.

But when a student comes from a Tier 3 College, It becomes easy to predict that he/she might not have the skill set that is required, Although they have completed their graduating in computer science. It might sound contradictory but this is the reality of nowadays education system.

why is it happening? I too come from such a system, and the things that I have observed are as follows:-

1. Environmental problem: They don’t have an environment where a student can learn something new or innovative.
2. Traditional teaching style: when I was in college our teacher used to come with notes or would use the phone for teaching. They weren’t introducing new ideas or approaches.
