Resource Group on Azure Cloud

Resource Groups: It is a logical container that holds related Azure resources for an application or solution.

Think of it like a folder where you place all the different components that work together for a specific project.

• Open portal.azure.com in your browser
• Login with your credential if you don’t have account create one !!!
• You will the below screen after logging into your azure account

As my account is free trial account I got free 200$ credits which is around 18,000 rupees in indian currency

• In the search bar search “ Resource Groups ”, select the first option

• Next , you will see a Resource Manager dashboard as follows , click on Create

• Next , Give a Name to your resource group and select a region where your resource group need to be created.

After click on review + create and in next tab click on create. You will see a RG created in the Resource Manger section in my case its “CharanRG”.
