My First Bowling Experience

one time I asked my cousin to go bowling because i had never experienced it before. They agreed and the right time came, me and some of my cousins ​​were on holiday from school and work, we went to the mall that provided bowling games.

It’s not a serious bowling alley, I mean the bowling alley is integrated with other games like arcade and is a part of it. My cousin said, “Let’s go to the arcade bowling place first, later if you enjoy it we’ll go to a more serious bowling place.” I nodded.

Upon arrival, we bought our tickets, put on our socks and bowling shoes, and left them at the cashier. A screen displayed our names and each person’s score. Ha ha ha, I didn’t even know how to hold a bowling ball and had to Google it. We took turns rolling the balls based on our own names. The first time I held a bowling ball, it was quite heavy and it wasn’t as easy as I thought. It takes practice to be able to make a ball we throw go straight. My cousin advised me not to be nervous and to act like I was alone in the room, but it was difficult because there were so many people around who were also bowling in groups and i guess they don’t seem awkward anymore because they’ve done it often. When you successfully knock down a bowling pin, it turns out there is something that resembles a thread to lift the bowling pin back up to play. “ Let’s go beat me by your score! ” she add, when i observed the way it went.

Finally, It ended up with my cousin having a higher score because he also bowls a lot. My bowling ball mostly landed on the right and left sides, which caused my score to not improve. Overall, it was fun, but it just not really my favorite activity. This was still my first bowling experience.
