GiveStation NFT to incentivize productive ecosystem participation

GIVnaut is a NFT collection of 10,000 pioneers that powers the governance and development of a web3 grant application on layer 2 solutions.

As part of our quest to be a highly decentralized ecosystem, the team behind the GIVnaut project will not earn anything from the royalties. To ensure equity and improve the fund that is available to the community, 80% will go to the Community Treasury, while the artist earns an earmarked 20%. We will design the Treasury to be under the direct influence of all holders.

We believe that the possibilities of a Web3 ecosystem are endless when the community is empowered to decide its future.

How can you get one?

There is no whitelist to mint a GIVnaut NFT. We will be hosting multiple events to win the NFTs. Exact requirements will be released in due course; stay tuned to ensure you perform any pre-requisite actions to nab one.

For those who aren’t able to earn it, but are willing to participate in our voting and decision-making, there will be a market created for GIVnaut on QUIX secondary marketplace.

GiveStation DAO

In the long run, our end goal is to evolve toward a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO), where all decision rights will belong to the community.

GIVnaut NFT will act as a governance instrument that comes with exclusive privileges which include:

• Voting on key proposals and partnerships with DAOs (Voters will receive GVST token for participation and stewardship in the future)
• Stewarding protocol development and community consensus on key parameters
• Exclusive access to future GiveStation merchandise/swag
• Express line of communication with the founding team
