**Beyond Silos: Rethinking Policy, Power, and Responsibility**

I’m starting this space because our most important systems — healthcare, tech, and policy — too often exist in silos. They shape each other in massive ways, but we rarely talk about them as one connected picture. My goal is to bridge those gaps.

What actually drives me is a sense of responsibility to the people these systems serve.

My background across sectors has taught me that technical expertise isn’t enough. In complex systems, the “soft” skills like clarity, empathy, and perspective are often what actually move the needle.

I believe in leadership through credibility and emotional intelligence. It’s a quiet way of working, but it’s how we build systems that are ethical, resilient, and actually work for the greater good.

I’ll be sharing insights on how to turn complex ideas into real-world change.
