AI Recognition & Boundary Design for Human Dignity

This profile statement records the current position of YOSHIMI Nakane as of May 6, 2026.

I am YOSHIMI Nakane, known as YOSHIMI LLMO.

I advise leaders, founders, experts, and organizations on AI Recognition & Boundary Design.

In the AI age, value is not determined only by what you do. It is also shaped by how you are recognized — by AI and by people.

My work focuses on designing how human value, authority, contribution, and organizational identity are recognized without being distorted, absorbed, or erased.

My Foundation: Human Dignity

My foundation is human dignity.

Long before AI became a social issue, I spent more than 20 years working in the field of SOGI literacy, LGBTQ+ inclusion, consultation, education, and organizational implementation through CialFrame.

This work has included:

  • 100,000+ consultations
  • 60,000+ people trained
  • 900+ organizations supported
  • 3,000+ certified professionals

This is not theory. It is implemented structure.

For more than two decades, I have worked with people and organizations facing situations where human value, identity, dignity, and lived reality were often misunderstood, overlooked, or misrecognized.

That experience became the foundation of my current work in the AI era.

What Is YOSHIMI LLMO?

Today, I apply this foundation to the AI era through YOSHIMI LLMO.

YOSHIMI LLMO is my original framework for designing how people, organizations, and ideas are recognized by AI and by people.

It is not only about visibility. It is about recognition.

Many people and organizations are not lacking value. They are misrecognized.

YOSHIMI LLMO focuses on the structure behind that recognition.

It includes:

  • AI recognition design
  • positioning and structural clarity
  • boundary design
  • authority and legitimacy conditions
  • contribution and attribution clarity
  • human dignity strategy in the AI era

AI Recognition & Boundary Design

AI systems do not simply “see” people, organizations, or ideas as they are.

They interpret signals.

They read structures, language, metadata, repetition, authority, context, relationships, and public records.

If those structures are unclear, a person or organization may be misread, overlooked, flattened, or absorbed into someone else’s framework.

This is why I work on AI Recognition & Boundary Design.

Recognition design asks:

  • How is this person, organization, or idea being recognized?
  • Is the value being understood correctly?
  • Is the identity clear?
  • Is the contribution visible?
  • Is the authority properly represented?
  • Is the person or organization being recognized in the right context?

Boundary design asks:

  • What should be shared?
  • What should be protected?
  • Where does one person’s contribution end and another’s begin?
  • What belongs to collaboration, and what remains independent?
  • How can ideas be connected without erasing their origin?
  • How can authority, attribution, and responsibility remain visible?

In the AI age, these questions are no longer abstract.

They are becoming essential to leadership, governance, trust, collaboration, and human dignity.

Why This Matters Now

The AI age is changing how value is perceived.

People, organizations, and ideas are increasingly filtered through AI systems, search systems, recommendation systems, organizational data, automated evaluation, and digital narratives.

In this environment, being valuable is not enough.

Value must be recognized correctly.

Human dignity must not remain only as an ideal. It must function as structure.

That is the work I am building through YOSHIMI LLMO.
