Summary

This session marked the fifth anniversary of the Weaving Lab. Eleven Lab members gathered to connect and celebrate the year just gone, and to think about the year to come. Themes of psychological vulnerability, non-linear time perspectives, and relational resonance were explored.

• Holding conversational space is an underappreciated and demanding community skill.
• Embracing ambiguity and uncertainty counteracts systemic attachment to specific organizational outcomes.
