AI Prompt for time blocking

Answer this question: how can I make sure I spend time (insert something important but neglected here)? Here’s an idea.

The problem

What’s on your list of things you know you would benefit from doing regularly but time just goes so fast that you miss the chance?

What about brainstorming & ideation?

The Savannah Bananas didn’t reach its level of popularity and fan interest without ideation, failures, and lots of fun. Bananas founder Jesse Cole is atop my list of creative thinkers. How does he do it? He takes the time to generate hundreds of new ideas himself and pushes his team to bring new ideas every day.

They add at least one new element every game, which could be the next flop or next viral moment, but they don’t know until they try. They have done it as well as anyone I’ve seen.

An answer

To allow myself dedicated time to brainstorm for the upcoming Men’s Basketball season, I had Microsoft Copilot block out 15 minutes a day over the next 3 weeks to pilot a dedicated brainstorm time every day — but here’s the catch. I asked it to be at random available times throughout the day. The hope is that when this comes up, I can put some music on, pick a fan touchpoint and brainstorm for a full 15 minutes uninterrupted and develop ideas. Here was the prompt:

Can you book me 15 minutes a day at random times of day that are available for the next 3 work weeks excluding weekends?
