I didn’t start with much — just a used mountain bike that made more noise than it should and a feeling that I needed to get out and ride.

The first real trail I ever hit? I crashed. Bad. I remember lying there in the dirt thinking, yeah… this might not be for me.

But then I got up, laughed it off, and tried again.

That’s kind of how this whole journey has gone.

I’m not the best rider. I don’t land everything. I still mess up lines I should be able to ride. But I keep showing up, and that’s what Ben_On_Bike is really about. It’s not just clean runs and big jumps — it’s the process. The fails, the retries, the small wins that slowly turn into bigger ones.

When I started my YouTube channel, I didn’t know if anyone would even watch. My early videos? Shaky, simple, nothing special. But they were real. And that mattered to me more than pretending to be something I’m not.

I decided if I was going to do this, I’d do it honestly.

There are days when it’s tough to stay motivated. Days when progress feels slow, when I compare myself to riders who are way ahead of me. But I remind myself why I started: because I love riding, and because I want to see how far I can actually go.

I have a dream.
