When You Don’t Have Inner Peace

This is what happens

From late 2025 until March 2026, I had been constantly hearing people quarrelling from my room. They had nothing better to do.

They could argue from morning until midnight; they were the hardest workers on earth. They deserved a medal for their consistency. But I was broke, I could only offer them a Friend of Medium(FOM) badge.

But they didn’t know how to write. They could only write in conversational style. They need to create their own pubs, and they could argue all day long. No one would disturb them, and the police won’t come unless they trigger the Medium Gods.

When you cannot control your internal thoughts, feelings, and emotions, external circumstances can easily trigger you. People can manipulate you when they know your triggers.

Become more of an observer than a reactor, and your life will be calmer and peaceful.

Recently, it’s been quieter. I heard from the supermarket cashier who lived in the same apartment building as me that one of the women was arrested by the police. We could finally have some peace for weeks or months.
