The Daily Word #50

Frequency Change; like radio stations changing frequency. Today we’re tossing painted covered rocks at canvas and writing stories about it. And reading. Don’t forget to read!

Each day, one prompt is posted under the heading, Our Daily Word. Stories published in Frequency Change must be written in response to one of these prompts. It can be an old or new prompt. The prompt used must be identified using the Subtitle.

Your subtitle should look something like this:

The Daily Word #1: [daily word]

TDW #14: [daily word]

TDW #56 — May 12/26 — [daily word]

IMPORTANT

-Each daily challenge has a DIFFERENT required word and word count.

-Stories must match the exact word count listed for that day, or face the wrath

-Stories must have the daily word in bold so we can FIND it, or also face the wrath

-You must link the daily word post to the bottom of your story so others can find it and not face the wrath

Medium has a word counter in the draft section. If you highlight all the words for the actual story, you can see how many words it contains. This is important. So are you. But this is more important.

In short, the Frequency Change (FC) Quicklist:

• Exact word count
• Daily word identified & bolded
• Proper title and subtitle
• Grammar and punctuation checked -PLEASE
• Main image credited properly
• Daily Prompt post linked somewhere in your post
• Another writer’s story tagged/shared
• Include the tag: #FrequencyChange
