Making an In-Person Drop and its challenges

We at Amal where given task to drop of our resume and Cover letter by hand to the companies which we preferred the most to work in the future the problem arises at the first place was how would we manage an IN-PERSON drop off so we agreed to do it by mail. So now I’ll take it step wise to tell about my learning experience

what did you learn?

For me it was a new thing as far as I have experienced about resume drop it was only through a reference/Sifarish but this learning experience has open new doors for connection building as I searched for different companies heads, HR managers email ids or there respective links for drop off.

what challenges did you face?

It was difficult for me to find about the respective organization email or there associated person to whom I should contact. After submitting I found out that LinkedIn can came in handy for these tasks as almost all of the employees have there presence on it.

how did you overcome those challenges?

I went to the respective organizations websites and looked for there HR emails then I made a 10–15 second pitch through email attaching my Cover letter and resume.

what will you do differently next time?

I’ll try connecting with all the organization through linkedin and only then I would access them through gmail. Secondly I would make a chart sheet for all the HR heads and there emails of different companies so that it could help me in future.
