Deep and slow,

Inhale exhale,

A rush of blood, A rush of thoughts,

A gushing river,

The need to flow,

An impatience to rest,

Stop!

Long and hard,

Inhale exhale,

A pace slower A thought lingers,

A dripping tap,

Ripples undirected,

Now better observed,

A breath,

Deep and slow.
