- How do you know FSD has arrived? You’ll not need a driver’s license to operate on vehicles enabled with FSD. Self driving tech will continue to improve solving edge cases over time. Truly driverless cars will eventually arrive. Maybe around 2035.
- Millions of people around of the world depend on driving for livelihood. That will not be forfeited by self driving technology.
- FSD in private vehicle is a no-brainer. FSD use in public transportation including taxi, trucking, etc will be contentious.
- In a labor scarce society, FSD is a no-brainer and will be easily accepted.
- In a labor abundant society, FSD (alone without human driver) will not be accepted as it will cause massive unemployment and unrest.
