Immortality! The one we see evil scientists and ancient monsters and demons are after in the movies. They kill steal and devour to get it.

We have myths and tales of vampires and all kinds of things said to be living forever guess what, none of those are real but immortality definitely is.

The life that so many of us are already tired of living, the life some of us think we can make up for in our next chance (as you believe there are 7 lives), yeah guess what, there’s only one life for all and it is immortal.

Am I finally insane? Nope, because everyone who read may already know, that the death we have on Earth is mere rest like more of a break after we ran our race on Earth and the immorality resumes when we meet Jesus on the judgment day.

So yeah, you need not do any kind of magic or read the stars or whatever new age nonsense to know this, all of us are immortals and guess what how you will spend your immortality cannot be absolutely decided by the magic or whatever things you believe in.

There are only two ways every human can spend immortality from Adam and Eve to the last baby born on Earth when Jesus comes, to every angel and demon.

That is either in Hell or in the New Earth created after all the evil in the world is destroyed. Yeah, we go to heaven and then when everything else told in the Bible is finished in Revelation, we see in Chapter 21 about the New Earth and New Jerusalem coming down and we will reside with God dwelling among us forever.

Many really believe this to be a fairy tale happily ever after and ignore this but it is as real as the air you breathe and the crystal clear water you drink.

In many places this news or the “Second Coming of Jesus” is used to scare people into praying or into going to church yet in the Bible it says “Perfect Love drives out fear.”

How can Jesus the one who loved you more than you can ever love yourself coming to take you to live with him for eternity without worrying about anything whatsoever be a scary thing?

I am not one to judge it took me 27 years to come to this conclusion. How can I be so eager about his second coming?

Love! When you love the life you have here and the people you have here more than God, you will obviously be worried about losing it.

You see in Hebrews 11 how all the patriarchs who lived as kings, mighty prophets or wealthy men despite all the wealth and family and belongings lived as foreigners on Earth.

All these people were still living by faith when they died. They did not receive the things promised; they only saw them and welcomed them from a distance, admitting that they were foreigners and strangers on earth.

People who say such things show that they are looking for a country of their own. If they had been thinking of the country they had left, they would have had opportunity to return.

Instead, they were longing for a better country — a heavenly one.

Hebrews 11

They loved God so much that they did not consider all the riches the world could offer as treasures and considered them futile without their Lord.

Now some of us may say “Well, if I got that much even I may do the same.” “NO, WE WON’T”

God knows the innermost thoughts and most intricate things about us do you really think he does not give because he does not feel like it or love you enough?

Living as Alien on Earth was how they honoured their God and that is why we read “Therefore God is not ashamed to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.”

So does Living as an Alien on Earth mean having nothing? No, let me give you a better example.

Now let’s say that you got an amazing job offer, and have to relocate to another country in 6 months.

Now, since you know you will be shifting there and everything you buy here cannot be carried there, will you stop buying everything? No!

You will buy all the things needed for your shift there ones that might be expensive there or cannot be bought there.

You will save your money, you will limit your expenses to basic necessities before your shift, but you are happy since something big is coming your way so you have fun doing all this as you are about to have a better and amazing life there.

That’s how you live as an Alien on Earth, you know the time here you have is limited and as a Child of God, you have already received your entry to heaven ticket by Jesus’ blood and through grace and mercy, so now, how do you live here?

You obviously live here and do everything needed for survival and you will obviously make a family here and have roots here, and there is no currency on Earth that can work in heaven so you cannot save money to get there.

So instead of that you save treasure there by following the commands given to you by your Lord and that is all listed in the Bible.

Love your Lord with all your heart, mind and soul, love your neighbour, love each other, do not love money, help the needy, the poor and the orphan (Whoever is kind to the poor lends to the Lord), stand firm with God, continue in him, let your faith be shown in action and all these may look easy to some, while it may look too much work to some but at the end of the day they can be done only by the ones rooted in God with the help of Almighty Spirit of God who was given to us.

When you do all these you start to store your treasures in heaven and your daily food and clothes will abundantly be provided by heaven and your roots here will not keep you from God.

Yes, you should work, do business, preach, write or sing or do whatever God has given you the talent and zeal to do, you will have family here, you will love them and you will raise them in the love of God, but when you know how much he loves you personally and have a relationship with him that is so intimate, you know all of the people you love and hold dear are also loved by God and he is able to provide for them more than you can ever and with that as your faith you raise them to be warriors only depending on God.

For every worry that sprang into your mind today when you read “Live as Alien on Earth” ask God personally “How do I deal with this?” and ask him to give you a solution so you can also go on to live as an Alien on earth.

Because ours is not a God made by human hands, Ours is the author of life and living breathing ever present help, you got the one who created the heavens on your speed dial, so stop worrying and ask him even this, there is nothing on earth anyone can possibly come up with and say I cannot ask God for this.

If you do, then you know God doesn’t approve of it and it is time you let it go. And for letting it go you can ask God.

I have seen a famous quote on Social media that you cannot ask God to take it from you, some things you should do by yourself only then he can do his work.

It is wrong. You can ask him for everything possibly known because he knows better about everything and you, so he can help better, but with God, you cannot just ask to take it all away and go on doing the same without working towards what God asks you to.

When you let him in, he comes in to make all things new and restore everything to his will, but you cannot let him do everything and take the back seat.

Yes, Jesus will take the wheel but you should be sitting on the side and voluntarily participate in everything not because he is powerless without you, no, because he is not a puppet master, he will still very much respect and expect your will in all this.

He will personally want you to test and approve his will, yeah that is how much your God loves you, even though the will he has for you is perfect and he knows it, he wants you to test and approve it and see for yourself. Not making this up:

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is — his good, pleasing and perfect will.

Romans 12:2

Basically, let God open your eyes to see and the Holy Spirit renew your mind and transform you and for all this to happen, do not conform to the pattern of this world.

It may look so big and confusing, but all you need is to let the Holy Spirit guide you step by step and you will be doing it like a routine.

Imagine the most perfect Lord still wanting you a mere mortal on Earth wanting to test and approve of his most perfect, good and pleasing will!

So, let me ask you, will someone like this not give you what you need? One of the most known obstacles in many of our lives that stop us from trusting God fully, stopping us from living as Aliens on Earth is unanswered prayers and worry.

This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.

And if we know that he hears us — whatever we ask — we know that we have what we asked of him.

1 John 5:14

“According to His will” how do we know what his will is and pray for that?

In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans.

And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God.

Romans 8:26–27

So basically the Holy Spirit is the one who knows the will of God and his mind completely and will intercede for you in accordance with his will.

You need not go in search of the Holy Spirit, he is given when you believe in Jesus and accept him as your saviour.

When you believed, you were marked in him with a seal, the promised Holy Spirit, who is a deposit guaranteeing our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession — to the praise of his glory.

Ephesians 1:13–14

What if I do not agree with the will of God? What if God’s will is not in what I want but separate from my wish?

“And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.”

Romans 8:28

He who did not spare his own Son, but gave him up for us all — how will he not also, along with him, graciously give us all things?

Romans 8:32

“But does God really love me I have sinned, I have repeatedly caused myself to slide back and repeatedly betrayed my conscience and God, I only have used him when I want something, does this all still apply to me?”

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:37–39

Nothing in all of creation, including the angels and the demons can separate you from the love of God and that includes the present and even the future.

So when your prayers aren’t answered you know that without a semblance of doubt that it is either not the will of God or it is not his time yet.

God takes time to give us something not because heaven is busy but because you cannot give a kindergarten student the book on Rocket Science.

You need to prepare and go through the process God has for you to reach there and only when your mind, body and spirit have caught up with it all, you will be able to receive what God has prepared and use it to the fullest.

So, when you wait what do you do?

Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed and so became the father of many nations, just as it had been said to him, “So shall your offspring be.”

Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead — since he was about a hundred years old — and that Sarah’s womb was also dead.

Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,

being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.

Romans 4:18

Now, here’s what you need to take from Abraham’s example here:

· Against all hope, Abraham in hope believed

· Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact

· Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God

· but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,

· being fully persuaded that God had the power to do what he had promised.

Against all hope he believed and that too without weakening in his faith he did not hide from his situation or the facts before him, and even with all that, his faith did not waver through unbelief.

Even amidst all this he was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God. Because he was fully persuaded that “God had power to do what he had promised.”

Yeah, we are nowhere near Abraham, but here’s what we should know the same God that loved Abraham, the same God who blessed him is your God and mine, so won’t the God who had the power to do for him have the same power to do for you and me?

So, when you see things not working your way “Scream the biggest Halleluiah” and get to bugging God on what to do next or where to correct.

You need to be so confident in his love for you that when things don’t go your way you know that he was protecting you from something big.

When Paul was being taken to Rome as a prisoner in Acts 27 you will read the story. Paul tells them that the voyage will be disastrous beforehand but they do not believe it.

So Paul warned them, “Men, I can see that our voyage is going to be disastrous and bring great loss to ship and cargo, and to our own lives also.”

But the centurion, instead of listening to what Paul said, followed the advice of the pilot and of the owner of the ship.

Acts 27:9–11

Obviously, you would listen to a Pilot and the owner more than your prisoner who has nothing to do with sailing the sea.

Since the harbor was unsuitable to winter in, the majority decided that we should sail on, hoping to reach Phoenix and winter there.

Acts 27:12

And that was the most logical and most appropriate choice too, which was decided by the majority seeing all the weather and other conditions.

When a gentle south wind began to blow, they saw their opportunity; so they weighed anchor and sailed along the shore of Crete.

Acts 27:13

Now even the wind blows in their favour making their decision more right and the best choice possible.

Before very long, a wind of hurricane force, called the Northeaster, swept down from the island. The ship was caught by the storm and could not head into the wind; so we gave way to it and were driven along.

Acts 27:14–15

It did not last now did it? See, God knows the future and can control the winds with the motion of his hands, so the situation and the weather are not limiting God, it is whether it is his will for you to go down it.

He does not want you to sustain damage so he will do everything he can to either calm the storm while you walk through his will or become the reason for the storm while you walk away from his will.

Sorry, an eternity in hell in torture is what he has his mind set on making your soul avoid nothing else matters. So you can’t say he plays dirty, no, to make sure you avoid that, he will throw you up and down send you through flames and shake you in and out to get you to the right track.

Don’t worry he knows how much you can bare. So, know this no matter how perfectly reasonable your prayer request looks, no matter how good what you are praying for it seems to the world, only he knows the future.

“He can calm the storms why can’t he give it after doing it” Well he can calm the storms but the story of Paul ends with everyone listening to Paul’s instruction and staying there with him till the end even though the most reasonable exit was to take the lifeboats and escape.

If you do not obey him, he will not move a bit. God loves you so much but he is your Father after all Fathers will love their kids and lavish them with everything but they will expect obedience and when they know the kids are doing wrong he will rebuke them correct them and discipline them and that’s how he shows his love.

So if you think since God loves me so much why can’t he just do everything I want and then try doing that with your dad, if your dad who doesn’t know that ahead in the future won’t do it how do you expect your heavenly Father to do it?

Wait patiently if you cannot wait now how will you wait in the end times? When anti-Christ rules you will have to patiently endure everything God’s people will be put through.

Yeah, we obviously don’t know when that will happen but look around, you can already see many of the prophecies fulfilling and that has not stopped the revival and many nations are silently meeting their God amidst all this chaos.

Do not lean back and say we have time I can do it when I am old and when I am on my death’s bed.

Your youth is fleeting and that is not your reason to do everything possible, find your saviour and find the peace you have so hardly been yearning for.

Find the reason to live, in him, find the one who loves you deeply, find the one who has never left your side or not abandoned you once, and find the one who thinks you are valuable and beautiful.

Do not let the world teach you about your Lord. Find him yourself draw near to him and he will come flying to you.

Come near to God and he will come near to you — James 4:8

Do not think about what you should give up, no think about who you gain, a friend, a shoulder to lean on, a father, a big brother, a supernatural help, an advocate, a guide, a navigator, a healer, a pillar of strength and he brings along peace, joy and hope.

Find him and start talking to the Holy Spirit inside you, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. So ask yourself what kind of place should you make for the Holy almighty Spirit of God.

Talk to the Holy Spirit, and ask his voice to get louder and it can only get louder as you start obeying him, he will not put a banner in front of you to talk, he will talk to you through the Word of God.

So if you want all of what heaven has to offer and do not use both the gifts given to access it how do you expect to receive them or how do you expect to know more about God so you can live out your life as an Alien on Earth?

Seek first his kingdom. Start your day with God, end it with him, and continue it with him, every time you got, try to add him into the loop, because more than updating your bestie on the updates, here’s someone who can do something about it and can actually work that in your favour.

Also, again I tell you, Obey the Holy Spirit when he says “no”, obey him! That’s an absolute order, there’s no wiggle space in it. Because he can give you a million reasons why, but first you must obey. (learning it myself only now)

As you fill your mind with the word of God by reading the Bible, the Holy Spirit will guide you through the storms through the hurricane and then you will sing “I got peace that makes no sense” looking at your problems.

If your health is weak, ask the healer to take it away, it isn’t as simple as that, you say, then ask for strength.

Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me.

But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.”

Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.

2 Corinthians 12:8–9

Ask him to heal you if not ask his power to overflow in you. In these things do not cower, do not think it was your sin, it was your fault or it is beyond saving, no!

Ask him, it is this kind of thing that he wants you to ask him the most, ask him for his power and besides:

And if the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you, he who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies because of his Spirit who lives in you.

Romans 8:11

“the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead is living in you” I don’t think there is a bigger cheat sheet than this for us to survive this world.

Like, imagine having the power of God resting inside you like this and crying for a little bump!!! Wake up!

When I told you that I doubted once if this world is what was bought by the Blood of the only son of God, yeah this is the answer I got.

He did not buy this world it was always his, he bought our souls back and coated us with the blood of his only son so we can gain entry, that is why you and I get to yap our mouths before God and still roam the face of the Earth with our heads still intact.

The death of Jesus on the cross also allowed us to access the most Holy God’s almighty Spirit who resides in all of us when we believe in Jesus.

So, no, prophets and preachers do not get a special Holy Spirit, they get the same as you and me, how much you obey, how much you let him teach you, how much you humble yourself is what makes the difference.

Everything He has given, he has given for every one of us, and that includes the power to overthrow a mountain by faith.

We are busy fighting and wailing over the commodities we do not need but want, so we do not access the power God has placed within us and then complain God is unfair.

I told you all we are the funniest bunch to walk the planet.

Fill your mind with his words and invoke a stronger bond with the Holy Ghost residing inside you and see anxiety, loneliness, depression, worry about the future, worry about your life and all the overthinking run screeching away.

No, you do not get all these by just reading the Bible even Lucifer knows them all. No, go read it with hunger and thirst go with yearning go to find your Lord through the Bible, it is as simple as it.

The magical words to open the magical book and see more than history in the Bible is to go with a true heart and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you the truth and let you see and learn more about God.

The more you know and the more you let the Holy Spirit guide you, the more you will see how God views the world’s patterns and things and you will not miss it and that is why it says come as you are so he can show you everything and help you through the transformation.

So my dear fellow Aliens on Earth, instead of holding on to fear hold on to the Spirit of God placed in you and let him guide you on how to tread this world.

He will also keep you firm to the end, so that you will be blameless on the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 1:8

Do not worry about you being inconsistent and worry if you will fall away in between:

My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me.

I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.

My Father, who has given them to me, is greater than all; no one can snatch them out of my Father’s hand. I and the Father are one.”

John 10:27–30

No one can snatch you out of his hand. So stop worrying about those “What Ifs” and run towards your Lord so you can meet him at heaven’s door. Run for a hug and feel the real-life embrace of the one who sat through those long nights and days with you.

I know one thing, I would never want to miss that because in this world, there’s nothing I would trade for that hug and I deserve that “Good Job” from him.

It is okay if you fall in between, instead of letting guilt eat you up and staying far from him, shamelessly walk to him again and this time learn from your lesson and ask him to help you stand firm.

Just because you know he loves you, you won’t stop sliding, there is a creature solely walking around to make sure you slip, but do not worry, your weapons are powerful, so even if you slide run back, cover the areas that cause you to slip in your prayer and repent truly.

Learn to obey God more, ask for an undivided heart so that you can fear him, do not say he is your friend you love him, that is enough, no, He is all that and yet he is The Lord over all creation, so fear him and revere him.

May this shortest span of life on Earth as Aliens never stop you from preparing for eternity with your saviour and let us not be like the Reubenites and Gadites who settled outside the promised land because it was good for them to raise their livestock there.

All of us holding on to this world which pales in comparison to the promised eternity with God is as same as that, so, let us think about our heavenly shift one day, store our treasures there and plan our life around that shift.

And while you do that and live out your life as an Alien on Earth,

May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit

Romans 15:13
