The Changes Are Always Necessary 🫧🫧

Sometimes, I think most people live their lives inside a bubble — surrounded by expectations, routines, and the comfort of what they already know. We create plans for how life should be, but reality does not always follow them.

Change is uncomfortable. It can generate fear, confusion, and uncertainty. It can make us feel lost for a while, as if we no longer recognize ourselves or the direction we are taking. But despite all of that, I believe change is necessary.

Change forces us to discover parts of ourselves we would never meet otherwise. It pushes us to face our fears, question our limits, and grow beyond the expectations we once had. Through change, we learn how to listen to ourselves, understand what we truly want, and live with intention instead of simply existing.

The world is not always the way Disney portrays it. Not every story has a perfect ending, and not every path is easy. Sometimes life breaks the image we had in our minds, and that can hurt. But maybe that is exactly where growth begins.

In my own experience, change has been one of the hardest things I have ever faced. Leaving my comfort zone was not easy at all. There were moments when I felt afraid, exhausted, or unsure about what was coming next. However, every difficult experience taught me something valuable.

I learned that growth rarely comes from comfort. The moments that challenge us are often the same moments that shape us into stronger, wiser, and more authentic versions of ourselves.

Even now, I am still learning. Still changing. Still becoming.

And maybe that is the point of life — not to remain the same person forever, but to continuously evolve through every experience we live.
