Today, we are proud to officially introduce the Alliance of Strategic Influence (ASI), a youth-led organization based in Dallas, Texas, dedicated to empowering young people to create meaningful change in their communities.

At ASI, we believe that youth are not simply the leaders of tomorrow — they are leaders today. Too often, young people are told to wait their turn to make an impact. We reject that idea. Through leadership, service, advocacy, and community engagement, ASI provides students with the opportunity to take action, address real challenges, and become a force for positive change.

The Alliance of Strategic Influence was founded on a simple belief: when young people are given the tools, support, and opportunities to lead, they can accomplish extraordinary things. Our mission is to empower students in grades 6 — 12 to become active leaders within their schools and communities while developing the skills necessary to make a lasting impact.

ASI is led by President Sedrick Mauldin and Vice President Taylan Martinez, two young leaders committed to building an organization that prioritizes service, leadership, and community impact.

As President, Sedrick Mauldin provides strategic direction for the organization and works to ensure that ASI remains focused on its mission of empowering youth and strengthening communities. Through his leadership, ASI continues to grow its network of students, volunteers, and community partners while expanding opportunities for young people to become involved in service and leadership initiatives.

Serving alongside him is Vice President Taylan Martinez, who helps oversee organizational development, community outreach, program planning, and partnership building. Taylan has played a key role in shaping ASI’s vision, developing community initiatives, and connecting with schools, organizations, and community leaders throughout Dallas. His commitment to youth leadership and community service reflects the values that ASI seeks to instill in every member.

Together, Sedrick and Taylan are working to build an organization that demonstrates the power of youth-led action and community-driven solutions.

One of ASI’s flagship initiatives is Operation Full Table, a community-focused program dedicated to addressing food insecurity and resource accessibility throughout Dallas. Through Operation Full Table, ASI is working toward the development of donation centers that will serve as community resource hubs.

These donation centers will collect and distribute food, clothing, school supplies, hygiene products, household necessities, and other essential items to individuals and families facing hardship. The goal is simple: ensure that no family is left without support and that community members have access to resources when they need them most.

Operation Full Table reflects ASI’s belief that in a world of abundance, no one should go hungry. By bringing together volunteers, donors, schools, businesses, and community organizations, we aim to create a sustainable system of support that directly benefits local communities.

Beyond Operation Full Table, ASI is committed to addressing a wide range of issues affecting young people and families. Through community service projects, educational initiatives, awareness campaigns, leadership development programs, volunteer opportunities, and civic engagement efforts, we are building pathways for students to become active participants in shaping their communities.

What makes ASI unique is that it is youth-led. Every initiative, program, and project is driven by young people who are passionate about making a difference. Our members are not simply volunteers — they are organizers, advocates, leaders, and changemakers.

Our vision is ambitious. We seek to establish a growing network of student leaders across Dallas and beyond, expand community partnerships, develop impactful service programs, and create opportunities for thousands of young people to contribute to meaningful change. We believe that strong communities are built when people come together in service of one another, and we are committed to helping make that vision a reality.

As ASI continues to grow, we invite students, educators, community leaders, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and potential partners to join us in our mission. Whether through volunteering, donating, mentoring, partnering, or supporting our initiatives, there are countless ways to become part of this movement.

The future is not something we wait for — it is something we build together.
