The location of your Renoise Config.xml is at ~/Library/Preferences/Renoise/<version number>/Config.xml If you want to enable Scripting Tools, switch
<ShowScriptingDevelopmentTools>false</ShowScriptingDevelopmentTools>
to
<ShowScriptingDevelopmentTools>true</ShowScriptingDevelopmentTools>
After this, boot your Renoise and you will see:
