- A National Asset for AI Sovereignty: Gefion is operated by the Danish Centre for AI Innovation (DCAI), a public-private partnership funded by the Novo Nordisk Foundation and the Export and Investment Fund of Denmark. From a technical perspective, Gefion is built from 191 NVIDIA DGX H100 systems, each housing 8 NVIDIA H100 Tensor Core GPUs, for a total of 1,528 H100 GPUs. These GPUs are interconnected using NVIDIA Quantum-2 InfiniBand networking, ensuring ultra-fast data transfer and scalability for demanding AI and HPC workloads

- Up to 51.2 teraflops (FP64 vector) and 102.4 teraflops (FP64 tensor core) per GPU for double-precision tasks.
