DR Who Wants to Be Alive in 28 Days: Work

Work was especially busy today.

When the job is physically demanding, all I can think about is making it to the next break.

Everything else fades into the background.

In some ways, that seems like a good thing.

But it also makes me dread going to work the next day even more.

Because I’m basically living in a depressed state, not wanting to go to work quickly turns into not wanting to live.

Once I actually get to work, those feelings ease to some extent.

Maybe, when it comes to work, the only answer is to gradually get used to it.

I’m not sure whether that’s a good thing or a bad thing.
