More than six million people in England are waiting for treatment, and in the US, 60% of adults live with a chronic condition.

For many, it’s not just the system that’s under strain. It’s the individual’s ability to understand and communicate symptoms, identify patterns and tell their own story across fragmented providers.

That’s why we’re proud to partner with Georgia Vidler and Kate Lambridis, two world leading ex-Canva product leaders who helped shape tools used by hundreds of millions, to build **Human Health**, the operating system for patient-led precision care.

For Kate, this journey began as a mother searching for answers for her daughter, and later, her son, when medicine didn’t yet have them. For Georgia, it’s been shaped by years of seeing chronic conditions affect those closest to her. Their lived experience fuels Human Health’s mission to transform how people understand and manage their own health.

Human Health gives people the tools to capture their daily health data, surface insights and contribute to the kind of real-world evidence that can improve both personal outcomes and medical research, if they choose to.

Having seen the diagnostic odyssey up close myself, I’ve wanted this product to exist since I started investing in healthcare, but I was waiting to meet the team who could truly deliver on both the vision and the product. Kate and Georgia are that team.

This is the beginning of a generational shift: from a reactive, hospital-centric model to a participatory one where patients help drive outcomes. From homemade spreadsheets and online forums to AI-powered insights that connect the dots across the system.

This marks our fourth investment in Australian founders, and our third in healthcare. We’re excited to build deeper links with Australia, a market defined by its forward-thinking approach to healthcare and world-class clinical research.
