West Harmon Avenue & Las Vegas Boulevard Casino Resort: This $291 million project will include a 43-story integrated resort with 2,240 guestrooms casino hotels with bars, convention space, nearly 59,000 square feet of casino space, dining options, a spa, a wedding chapel, a 2,500-seat theater and a parking garage boasting nearly 2,000 spaces.

M Resort Hotel Tower: This $206 million project will include a 384-room expansion, 92,000 square feet of event space, including the 25,000-square-foot M Pavilion, LUX special event venues, and a 17,400-square-foot ballroom. Also on-site are 11 restaurants and bars, the Spa Mio, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 100,000-square-foot pool-and-events piazza.

Ariva: This $122 million gated luxury resort-style multi-family development on 30 acres will include four pools, a spa, clubhouse, yoga studio, LED swings, an elevated community Skydeck, basketball and volleyball courts, multiple dog parks, and electric vehicle accessibility.

Bellagio Spa Tower Renovations: This $110 million renovation will include the redesign of the Bellagio Spa Tower’s 819 guest rooms and 104 suites. The redesigned suites will feature sophisticated designs, custom furnishings, and art influenced by high Italian style and couture. The redesigned guestrooms will be similar to the recently renovated guestrooms of the Bellagio Tower.

Lake Mead Boulevard & North Las Vegas Boulevard Mixed-Use Development: This $105 million project will include a 125,000-square-foot healthcare and medical office space and a 200,000-square-foot retail building on a 29-acre site. The medical office space will offer services such as primary care and specialty services. There will be a public space with children’s areas and event venues, a large screen for outdoor presentations and movies, and micro-business suites that range in size from 150 square feet to 450 square feet.

Venetian Resort Las Vegas Remodel: This $100 million+ renovation will include the overhaul of the pool deck, addition to the TAO Beach Dayclub and new dining options.
