Also on-site are 11 restaurants and bars, the Spa Mio, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a 100,000-square-foot pool-and-events piazza.

Ariva: This $122 million gated luxury resort-style multi-family development on 30 acres will include four pools, a spa, clubhouse, yoga studio, LED swings, an elevated community Skydeck, basketball and volleyball courts, multiple dog parks, and electric vehicle accessibility.

Bellagio Spa Tower Renovations: This $110 million renovation will include the redesign of the Bellagio Spa Tower’s 819 guest rooms and 104 suites.
