Members and roles are a feature of Qredo wallet that allow you to manage access to your wallet. Members are individuals or organizations that have access to your wallet, and roles define the level of access that each member has.

How to get into the “Member & Role” window of your wallet

First, you need to:

1. Go to the left hand side of your wallet and click on “Members & Role.”

2. The System will automatically take you on a tour of the “Member & Role” Window.

3. If you want to embark on the tour again, you can click on the “tour” option on the top left-hand corner of the “Member & role” window.

How to add members to your wallet

To add members to your wallet, you need to:

1. Click on the “Invite Member” button at the top right corner

2. Enter the email address of the person or organization that you want to add as a member.

3. Select the role that you want to give the member.

4. Click on the “Invite Member” button.

How to remove members from your wallet

To remove members from your wallet, you need to:

1. Go to the “Members” tab on the “Member & Role” window of your wallet.

2. Click on the name of the member that you want to remove.

3. Click on the “Remove Members” button that appears at the top.

Or

1. Click on the 3 dots on the extreme end of the name of the member that you want to change the role

2. Three options will appear. Click on “Remove Member”.

What are the different roles in Qredo wallet?

There are Five different roles in Qredo wallet:

To see all the roles, Click on the “Role” tab close to the “Member” tab on then ”Member & Role” window.

1. Approver: An approver can approve or reject transactions on a Qredo wallet. This is a powerful role, as it can prevent unauthorized transactions from being made. Approvers can also be used to implement multi-signature wallets, which require multiple approvals for a transaction to be processed.

2. Portfolio Admin: A portfolio admin can manage the assets in a Qredo wallet. This includes adding and removing assets, as well as viewing transaction history. Portfolio admins can also create and manage subwallets, which are like separate accounts within a Qredo wallet.

3. Trader: A trader can trade assets on a Qredo wallet. This includes buying, selling, and swapping assets. Traders can also set up limit orders and stop-loss orders.

4. Viewer: A viewer can view the assets in a Qredo wallet, but they cannot make any changes. This role is useful for giving someone access to your wallet without giving them the ability to make changes.

5. Workspace Admin: A workspace admin can manage the members of a Qredo workspace. This includes adding and removing members, as well as assigning roles to members. Workspace admins can also create and manage funds, which are like shared wallets within a Qredo workspace.

How to change the role of a member

To change the role of a member, you need to:

1. Go to the “Members” tab on the “Member & Role” Window of your wallet.

2. Click on the 3 dots on the extreme end of the name of the member that you want to change the role

3. Three options will appear. Click on “Edit Roles”.

4. The “Edit Roles” window will appear, make the necessary changes you desire and “Save Changes”.
