When falling out of toxins hurts more than staying in them

Why does it hurt so much to let someone toxic go even though staying you didn’t feel it as bad as what you are feeling now? Let me tell you why…

When in a platonic or romantic relationship that is considered toxic, ruthless, someone using you, or just flat out shit we tend to look past it because we tend to like some traits about them. We then go down a path of “what if they aren’t that bad” and so on. But if you are feeling any negative feeling or bad emotion that is a valid reason to leave. Our bodies (more if you are spiritual) will detect negative routines or people. So don’t judge if non spiritual, listen to your body. Besides we do live with ourselves everyday and mainly forever and ever.

Personal experience:

I had a friend and it was such a wishy washy friendship but I knew I didn’t truly want to continue as friends. I had negative feelings whenever I was with her, after hanging out with her, and just the thought of her made me so annoyed and anxious. I talked to various people about what I should do, but I could only know. So I told her and ended our friendship. I feel so happy now and she was the cause of my rage, sadness, and guilt. I do not regret what I did and you should end the toxicins in your life if you have any. Once you do you will feel joy and remember there are billions of people you can find.
