First, let me clarify: I am not a disciple or follower of Asaram Bapu, but I respect the sant parampara of Hinduism. My spiritual practices include regular visits to ISKCON Juhu in Mumbai. My perspective here is based on critical thinking and analysis, not blind faith. Let’s delve into the matter.

Some weeks ago, a friend who follows Asaram Bapu sent me a link to a satsang by him. After watching the 5-minute YouTube video, I found myself questioning the allegations against Asaram Bapu. The next day, I discussed it with my friend, who revealed the following.

In 2013, Dr. Shailja Verma and Dr. Rajendra Kumar from Delhi’s Loknayak Hospital conducted a medical examination of the girl who accused Asaram Bapu. Their report stated there was no evidence of rape, as the hymen was intact. This critical detail has been overlooked, pointing to the need for a thorough review 👇

When the accusation from the Shahjahanpur girl emerged, Asaram Bapu was misled by his close persons. They assured him of political intervention and advised against seeking anticipatory bail or evading arrest, leading to his arrest and transfer to Jodhpur.

In a 2021 interview, Dr. Raghavan (Renowned Ayurvedic physician awarded with the Vaidyaratnam Title and founder of “Dathathreya Ayurveda”) who treated him in Jodhpur Jail, revealed that some close associates do not want Asaram Bapu to come out of jail alive. Given the complexity of the case and the evident failures of the legal team, an impartial and thorough investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) is crucial. A CBI enquiry is necessary to ensure justice, uncover the truth, and uphold the integrity of our legal system.

Despite all the evidence presented above, numerous leaked call recordings reveal the traitorous behavior of the ashram management in Asaram Bapu’s case. In my opinion, Asaram Bapu is innocent and has not committed any rape, as corroborated by the medical report from Loknayak Hospital. Asaram Bapu is behind the bars due to the gross incompetence and betrayal by his legal team, which has mishandled his case since 2013.

To ensure justice is served and the truth is uncovered, it is crucial to have an impartial and thorough investigation by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI).
