Few observations are though that discussion seems to be quite wordy but I guess the subject deserves that much detail. It does understand the importance of DR plan and how it cannot be replaced with any of the alternates when asked about it. It gave options such as HA and Cyber Security, however there is no mention of back ups specifically. I should have poked more about the back ups. As for the reasons for not prioritizing the DR planning, they seem to be bang on from complacency to lack of buy-in from the senior management. In general though, discussion is not far off from the reasons as to why DR planning is important and why its does not seem to be a priority for various organizations.
