Yet I’ve noticed something unexpected.

As our lives become increasingly connected, many of us feel more disconnected from ourselves.

Without realizing it, we can spend an entire day reacting to the outside world without asking a simple question:

"How am I today?" I believe this is one of the quiet challenges of the AI era.

For me, that place is the dining table.

The aroma of freshly cooked rice.

A warm bowl of miso soup.

Seasonal ingredients prepared with care.

The simple words, "Itadakimasu" and "Gochisousama."

These ordinary moments remind me to slow down.

To breathe.

To notice how I truly feel.

Washoku is often introduced as traditional Japanese cuisine.

But I believe it is something even deeper.
