Celebrate Wing’s first birthday and win a share of $100,000 WING!

Wing, Ontology’s credit-based, cross-chain DeFi platform, turns 1 year old this Sunday!

The Wing platform has achieved a lot in its first year. Wing Flash Pool now supports three blockchains (Ethereum, Ontology, an OKExChain), with 36 assets available for supplying and borrowing. Wing’s Total Value Locked (TVL) reached a high of $375 million and currently stands at approximately $220 million.

In addition to the Flash Pool, Wing launched two additional pools: the Inclusive Pool and Any Pool. The Inclusive Pool allows ONTO users to take advantage of their OScore to access undercollateralized loans; Any Pool is a special pool where any kind of asset can be collateralized for lending and trading on Wing.

Finally, the Wing DAO was launched. Thus far, a total of 47 proposals have been submitted and voted on by the community. One of these proposals (WIP-04) saw Wing begin a monthly buyback program. The buyback has resulted in thousands of WING tokens being burned.

Summing up, it’s been a great first year and we’re excited to see how Wing continues to grow in year 2. To celebrate Wing’s first birthday, we’re planning a bunch of events and giveaways that you won’t want to miss.

Event 1: Social Media Celebration

Date/Time: 08:00 Sept 10th — 08:00 Sept 13th (UTC)

First up, we’re hosting a social media campaign. Participants simply need to complete the following steps for a chance to win WING.

A total of 30 WING will be awarded to 30 winners (1 WING each).

How to Participate:

• Follow @Wing_Finance on Twitter
• Like, RT and comment with your birthday wishes to Wing or suggestions for Wing
• Tag 3 friends to join the celebration!
• Join our Telegram group
• Submit the form to let us know you’ve completed the tasks.

Note:

1. The same address can only receive the reward once, and the result of the first submission of the form shall prevail if it is filled in multiple times;
2. The rewarded WING is an OEP-4 asset, please fill in the OEP-4 address;
3. WING rewards will be announced and distributed within 3 days.

Event 2: Wing Flash Pool Campaign

Date/Time: Sept 13th (8:00 UTC) — Oct 11th (8:00 UTC)

Next, we’re hosting a Flash Pool campaign over several weeks.

• Round 1 (form): Sept 13th (8:00 UTC) — Sept 20th (8:00 UTC)
• Round 2 (form): Sept 20th (8:00 UTC) — Sept 27th (8:00 UTC)
• Round 3 (form): Sept 27th (8:00 UTC) — Oct 4th (8:00 UTC)
• Round 4 (form): Oct 4th (8:00 UTC) — Oct 11th (8:00 UTC)

How to Participate:

As shown above, there will be 4 rounds of lucky draws every 7 days during the event.

Users who have participated in any Wing Flash Pool, have reached the required amount (see Rewards section), and have filled in the form (each form listed above corresponds to a specific round) can participate in the weekly lucky draw during Wing’s birthday celebration.

Rewards:

• Participation Prize: 100 Winners; 2 WING each awarded to those who have reached at least $500 worth of daily average supply and/or insurance liquidity during a round and are selected in the lucky draw.
• Lucky Prize: 5 Winners; 30 WING each awarded to those who have reached at least $10,000 worth of daily average supply and/or insurance liquidity during a round and are selected in the lucky draw.
• Special Prize: 2 Winners; 50 WING each awarded to those who have reached at least $100,000 worth of daily average supply and/or insurance liquidity during a round and are selected in the lucky draw.

Bonuses

If the following constraints are met, then the total number of winners will increase!

• If Wing passes $250 million in daily average TVL during a round, then the number of winners for all reward categories will increase by 20% for that round! This means there will be a total of 120 Participation Prize winners, 6 Lucky Prize winners and 2 Special Prize winners.
• If Wing reaches $300 million in daily average TVL during a round, the number of winners for all rewards will automatically double for that round! This means there will be a total of 200 Participation Prize winners, 10 Lucky Prize winners and 4 Special Prize winners.

Rules:

1. The same address on each chain can only receive rewards once in each cycle. If you participate multiple times, the result of the first submission of the form shall prevail;
2. The address entered in the form must be the same as the address used to participate in Wing Flash Pool. If you fill in the wrong address, you will not be rewarded;
3. Special Prizes will be drawn first during the lottery; the addresses that have not won a prize can continue to participate in the Participation Prize and Lucky Prize draw (note: participants are eligible to win only one of the prizes on offer);
4. The results of the lottery will be announced and distributed within 7 days after the end of each cycle.

Event 3: ONTO x Wing

Date/Time: 08:00 Sept 13th — 08:00 Sept 27th (UTC)

Our third and final event involves both Wing and ONTO, Ontology’s decentralized cross-chain crypto wallet. Participants can win ONG rewards for setting up an ONT ID with ONTO and participating in Wing Flash Pool.

Rules:

Round 1: 08:00 Sept 13th — 08:00 Sept 20th (UTC)

The first 100 new ONTO users who create an ONT ID during Round 1 and use ONTO to supply at least 5 ONG in the Wing Flash Pool (Ontology), can each receive 5 ONG.

Round 2: 08:00 Sept 20th — 08:00 Sept 27th (UTC)

In Round 2, users who use ONTO to add at least $500 worth of daily average supply and/or insurance liquidity in any Wing Flash Pool during the round, will automatically be entered into an ONG lottery.

The ONG lottery will reward 20 winners with 25 ONG each.

Note:

1. A device number/ONT ID can only be rewarded once in a round of activities;
2. ONG is an OEP-4 asset, so you need to use an ONT ID wallet to qualify for the award.
