A Unique Korean-Filipino Dining Experience in Manila: Seoul Sky Restaurant

The view at Seoul Sky Restaurant( by author)
Today, I’d love to recommend one of my favorite Korean restaurants in the Philippines. In terms of flavor, I’d say it’s a blend of Korean and Filipino cuisine. I personally feel that the menu may have been adjusted to suit the local palate, just my own impression, not an official statement!
The restaurant I’m talking about is Seoul Sky Restaurant. I visited this place many times during my stay in the Philippines, and I think what keeps drawing me back is how cool the experience is. The first time I was invited by a friend to have dinner and watch the sunset there, I had no idea what to expect. Guess what the coolest part was? It’s a revolving restaurant! Before that, I had never dined at a rotating restaurant before, so it was a brand-new and exciting experience for me.

Seoul Sky Restaurant is located on the 33rd floor of a building in Quezon City. This means you get to enjoy amazing views while you eat.
We arrived in the early evening, just before sunset. The interior design is quite minimalist, but that’s totally fine. The revolving dining area means the view is always changing, and that’s already stunning enough. As we enjoyed our meal, we watched the sun slowly disappear over the horizon and the city lights begin to sparkle. That moment truly made me feel like “Manila can be so romantic.”

If you’re looking for a good rooftop or scenic restaurant in Manila, I think there are plenty of options, to be honest. But this one stands out. The menu offers both à la carte and set meals, which are great for groups of 4 to 10 people. When dining with friends, we usually go for the set menu — in my opinion, it’s a better deal. The cost typically ranges from PHP 600 to 1,000 per person, including mains, side dishes, salad, drinks, and dessert. For the quality and price, I’d say the food here is definitely above average.

Oh, and if you’re planning to visit, I highly recommend booking a table in advance through their official website or Facebook. Here’s a little tip, while it’s perfect for group gatherings, it’s also a great spot for a romantic dinner date. I absolutely recommend it for couples!
One more thing: besides dining, the restaurant also has a small selection of traditional Korean hanbok that you can wear for free and take photos with. If you’re full and want to create some memories, give it a try!
Seoul Sky Restaurant is a wonderful spot whether you’re on a date, having a family meal, or celebrating with friends. It’s a place that welcomes all ages — from young kids to grandparents. Doesn’t it sound like a great find? Highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Manila!
