Rediscovering Learning: My Heartfelt Journey with Amal Academy

It had been almost a year since I finished my degree. I really wanted to learn some new things, so I was happy when I got into a program called Amal Academy. The way they chose people for the program was kind of interesting, but I’ll talk about that another time.

On the first day, it was a Saturday, and I was very excited to meet my new teachers and classmates. But guess what? I got stuck in a traffic jam because of a political leader’s rally led by Imran Khan, so I couldn’t make it to class. That was a bummer.

But I didn’t give up. The next day, which was a Sunday, I woke up early, got ready, and went to Government College University in Pakistan for my class. Can you believe it was the first time in a long time that I was on time for something? Well, that didn’t last long because I was usually late after that. Haha!

That first day was really nice. I got to meet new friends, even got to stand up on stage and introduce myself. I also went to the GC Café and got myself a cup of tea. I really love tea. In short, it was a fun day, and I don’t think I’ll ever have a day like that again. It was special.

This journey has been a significant part of my life, shaping my perspective and helping me grow as an individual. The experiences and knowledge gained during my time at Amal Academy are something I will carry with me throughout my life.
