Dear Joanna CEO Surrey

We further write with a fierce sense of urgency about the ongoing totally unacceptable lack of surrey council education for a six year old black boy.

Its now the second week of febfuary 2022 while the council fails to provide suitable FT education since April 21.

Is there any reasonable lawful justification for a lack of Speech and Language provision and related learning, for example.

There are already child designed spaces provided a stone's throw from his home.

FOI: Why is this not being provided a month after?

Additionallly, parents continue to be ignored in terms of the overall immediate provision of education. But fed adhoc pronouncements.

No parent enjoys chasing up council staff about basic universal education of a six year old but equally no parent should be expected to be repeatedly ignored about the core issue but sent emails about a communcation plan. Which does NOT address his immediate education.

To the extent that the since April 21 delays, denials or lack of education provision could amount to statutory and human rights breaches of the C, why is that not addressed positively?

The provisions below remain unresolved.
