Reflecting on my experience and the lessons i learned about decluttering the brain and planning the productivity:

What Started as an Assignment Became a Personal Lesson!

I know you can relate with this hahah

It was just a Project work from AMAL ACADEMY but they come up with excellence every time. My mind used to feel like a room full of scattered papers, unfinished tasks, random ideas, forgotten goals, and constant overthinking. I knew what I wanted to achieve, but everything felt mixed up in my head. Sometimes the biggest mess is not in our room -it’s in our mind.

Do you feel same? Start following me. Take a paper and write anything you wanna do without hesitation.

At Amal Academy, we were introduced to a planner template by EISENHOWER MATRIX designed to help us organize our goals and reflect on our daily progress. At first, I saw it as just another assignment, but as I started using it, I realized it was really helping me declutter my thoughts and manage my priorities more effectively.

YES! Now divide your goals into these four and see the nearest task off course! The “ DO” section.

By dividing tasks into four categories — Do, Decide, Delegate, and Delete — I started understanding how to prioritize my goals instead of stressing over everything at once, a tool that completely changed the way I looked at productivity. Instead of treating every task as urgent, it taught me how to prioritize wisely.

But No that wasn’t the end then i got to see this

This Template has these sub-Templates a small stair steps.

It started with writing, where I transferred all the ideas, responsibilities, and goals from my mind, Then came sorting, where I used the Eisenhower Matrix to separate tasks based on urgency and importance. Listing helped me clearly identify my priorities and arrange them in a structured way. Scheduling gave direction to my routine by assigning proper time to each task instead of procrastinating or doing everything randomly.

Instead of forcing yourself to study or work for hours, you divide your time into short, focused intervals of 25 minutes called “Pomodoros ,” followed by a 5-minute break. This approach trains the brain to stay concentrated for short periods while preventing mental fatigue.

Yes, I plan to use it again regularly because I’ve already started seeing how it helps me organize my tasks better. At first it was confusing, especially deciding what goes in each category and how to plan time blocks, but with practice it is becoming more understandable.

is it yes???

is it yes???

To improve the experience, I will keep it simple instead of overthinking the system. I’ll focus on just a few important tasks each day, rather than trying to perfectly organize everything. I also want to get better at estimating time by learning from past mistakes and adjusting my schedule instead of expecting it to be perfect. Using Google Calendar more consistently and reviewing my plan at the end of the day will help me stay realistic and improve gradually.

So

Don’t stress go and follow it

Don’t stress go and follow it

Thank you
