Workout In Nature

I cannot find a workout soundtrack or make a one. I decided to google and see people who have recorded their work out in nature. What I mean by working out in nature is people are working out with natural equipment (stone, tree trunk, river). It is hard to define those natural resources as equipment in the Anthropocene setting. The tricky part of defining natural equipment for working out is that human simply applies power to change the physical location of natural resources. However, if the natural resources have been removed from its original location, are natural resources still natural resources? In the era of Anthropocene, many precious natural resources are being used as raw material to create human-beneficial products. In the popular American gym culture, for maximizing its efficiency in the capitalist society, it has such a special indoor setting. In contrast, workout in nature should be considered as a form of degradation and anti-capitalism act. Furthermore, when I was looking for the original soundtrack of people working out in nature, I expected a harmonic combination of human sound and nature sounds. However, every single video has a piece of commercialized music imposed on the original recording. It goes back to the nature of working out video and soundtrack — teaching people how to work out and boost their energy level. It makes me think about that in Anthropocene, everything is being recreated from its original level to satisfy its value in the capitalist society. This soundtrack is also from a popular vlog type video. So from the video, you can hardly tell it is in a natural setting since everything is totally human recreated. It reflects the key feature of Anthropocene.
