In the previous piece I showed, with data and PDE simulation, that the planetary information system is already past the coherence threshold: dominant state Q35, active mass 0.158, 85% of the field inactive, 179 fragmented components, residual activity concentrated on very few points. This is not a forecast. It is the current state of the system.
