Psychosocial Environment — 28th April 2026 ‘World Day for Safety and Health at Work’

Office politics is the harsh reality. Therefore, mental health is as important as physical health conditions at any work place.

On the occasion of ‘World Day for Safety and Health at Work’ on 28th April 2026, the International Labour Organization (ILO) focuses on psychosocial environment that affects a lot.

“The report adopts an organizational, prevention-focused approach and examines psychosocial factors across three levels: the job; how work is managed and organized; and the broader policies, practices and procedures that govern work”.

Physical working conditions include working hours, safety for mine workers, those work with chemicals, tobacco industry, etc.

But psychological trauma is found at almost every organization.

No one addresses the reality, such as –

• Mess comes from the authorities who tactfully use their toe licker corrupted employees to do all illegal and unethical work.

e.g, In India while there is no rule that organizations to take original certificates of employees, many organizations openly and forcefully take original documents of employees, later they can torture the employee in any means. When an employee or applicant complaints, neither concerned ministry nor police department takes any action against those organizations.

On the other hand, the candidate never gets a job outside that particular organization.

The organizations have illicit chains among themselves. Like hucksters, they follow the same illegitimate tricks.

• There are manifold special connections goes on in an organization, small or large, like extramarital and one person with multiple relations. Basically, illicit relations is the prime gel among office offenders that no one speaks but liars come together to hide and protect their illegitimate liaison, using majority of reprobates

as their power, they manipulate the office environment.

• They gaslight, harass and if an employee replies ten percent on the face of hundred percent trauma, office authorities, police and their commercial women are there to showcase their thumbrule of majority. Law is always in their pockets and pleasure with arm candies.

• Tarnishing social reputation of the employee who does not bow down, spreads in the society like hot flames out of the workplace. The employee has to bear the heat of social incivility by cheap characters in a society where the majority is ignorant, loose character and aggressive.

Strict norms from top to bottom and down to the tip can be the right approach against all manipulators, then the most troubled issue of Psychosocial Factors can be solved with physical issues at work place.
