The constant Urge to disregard the Cooling Time

If you have baking something at any point of time, I believe that you can relate with the war between patience and you after the baked good has come out of the oven.
A very few desserts like soufflé, lava cakes don’t require cooling but a whole list of desserts like cakes, cookies, brownies and cheesecakes do. The period of wait is the worst but a great teacher of endurance.
My issue lies with goods that don’t need to set in the fridge but at the countertop, they gaze straight into the eyes as if daring me to try if some magic had occurred and they were ready to eat. I learnt the importance of cooling time the hard way, after constant textural fails in my cookies and brownies just cause I couldn’t be patient enough to let them cool for 10–15 minutes!
The bottom line: let your baked goods cool people! give them the time and patience they deserve if you want the best and most delicious experience while eating them. Try to bake them and then do some chores like cleaning the baking mess so that the wait period becomes more forgettable.
Happy Baking:)
