The Challenge: Security Risks and Operational Bottlenecks

An in-depth operational and technical audit conducted in mid-2025 revealed critical vulnerabilities across the client’s entire digital footprint:

1. Fragmented and Aging Hardware Fleet

The client’s endpoint fleet exhibited a stark disparity. While 2023–2024 purchases were modern, over 10% of the fleet consisted of severely outdated machines from 2016–2017.
