This Week’s Focus
“Let’s Build Trustless Agents (ERC-8004)” Project Officially Launched
Details Summary
This project is jointly organized by LXDAO and ETHPanda, with special support from the Ethereum Foundation dAI team, bringing together developers, researchers, and builders to jointly validate, implement, and improve AI Agent trust standards.
ERC-8004 enables AI Agents to discover, select, and interact across organizational boundaries through three lightweight on-chain registries: identity, reputation, and verification, establishing verifiable trust mechanisms.
Timeline Overview
- October 6–14: Registration and promotion
- October 15–29: Two-week Intensive Co-Learning (Participation link: https://intensivecolearn.ing/en/programs/trustless-agents)
- October 30 — November 5: One-week Casual Hackathon (Participation link: https://github.com/CasualHackathon/TrustlessAgents)
- November 5–21: Outstanding Builders will have the opportunity to be invited to join the EF Builders Program and may have the opportunity to demonstrate on the Devconnect main stage.
- November 5+: Excellent projects will receive ongoing small grants through LXDAO-initiated HappyPods to support their growth and development.
AI Agent technology is developing rapidly, and trust remains the core challenge for its large-scale implementation. ERC-8004 provides a completely decentralized solution, positioning Ethereum as the settlement and coordination layer of the AI Agent economy. By participating in this program, you won’t just be learning a protocol standard — you’ll be hands-on building the infrastructure and trust foundation for the future of autonomous AI collaboration.
Join us to build a trustless AI Agent ecosystem on Ethereum together.

- Yolanda: I’m Yolanda, with years of experience in new media operations, and have focused on Web3 new media operations both domestically and internationally (Telegram, Twitter, and other platforms) and WeChat public account management for nearly 4 years. I’m skilled in community activation, multi-platform traffic growth, event planning, and content creation.
- Stariv: I’m Stariv, an offline decentralized youth community node operator, obscure public account author/editor, IELTS 8.0 English teacher, new media studies student, and S14 BD Coordinator. With no skills outside of design and operations, I’m currently self-teaching Web3 frontend and backend technologies, hoping to progress together with other members through operations and BD work at LXDAO.
- Old Luo: Founder, Researcher, Curator, and Photographer of a certain project.
- Cliff: Hello, I am Cliff. I am currently working as a traditional investment analyst in a traditional asset management company focusing on traditional equities and bonds analysis and management and relevant derivatives. I graduated from the University of Edinburgh 9 years ago with a major in Financial Mathematics. With the development of Web3, I am quite confident that the Web3 sector will experience rapid growth. Therefore, I want to transition my career to the Web3 area, particularly the digital assets sector in the near future.
- Linyanxu: I’m linyanxu. During the Web2 phase, I mainly worked on Python backend and AI Agent development. Currently, I’m focusing on learning Web3 full-stack development using technologies like React and Solidity. I hope to bring my previous experience in intelligent systems and backend architecture into the decentralized world, learning, exploring, and building valuable projects with the community.
