When To Embrace The Unfamiliar

What would you do if you were faced with the UNIMAGINABLE?

— With Purposeful Intent, Luke Carefully Introduces Normandie To What’s Hidden Behind The Scenes.

While considering whether or not she should change the name of her latest character, Normandie heard her doorbell ring.

Being that she was expecting Luke, she yelled out, “The door’s unlocked, come in.”

Smiling as he entered, Luke immediately recognized the beautiful hardwood floors and the white area carpets strategically placed throughout this very grand chalet… so he took off his shoes and left them by the door.

Normandie stood and asked, “How do you like your coffee?”

Luke responded, “Black, please.”

Her response was, “Of course, give me a minute.”

As Luke walked into Normandie’s cottage, he began scanning the room… he was thinking, “This place is immaculate for a rental, really nice. Wow, I’m impressed.”

Even though it was her home away from home. Normandie’s choice gave Luke a glimpse into who she was, or at least into her standard of living and how she chose to live her life.

As she was walking back toward him, he turned to her and said, “Very nice, Normandie. Where did you find this gem?”

She replied, “I found it on an APP a friend of mine told me about. She travels for work… anyway, she’s been disappointed by many hotels, you see. I guess she shared that with the right person, someone she met abroad, I think. He told her about it. She’s been happy ever since.”

“Beautiful, isn’t it?”

Luke was staring at her. He was thinking, “She’ll appreciate what I have to tell her.”

He then responded, “Yes, very.”

Excitedly looking at Luke, Normandie said, “Come on, let’s get comfortable. I want to share every detail. Please give me your perspective, okay?”

Once again, Luke smiled at Normandie. He was thinking, “I’m so happy that she has a reference point now... something to assist her with being steadfast.”

He then offered this, “Normandie, I’m so happy for you, this is such great news. I hope you don’t mind my asking this, but do you intend to continue taking your prescription when you get back home?”

Normandie huffed —

She was shaking her head in disgust. She then said, “Can you believe depression is what they came up with after who knows how many case studies they performed with people with this condition?”

“Okay, to be fair… I don’t really know if this is how it’s done; I’m sure there’s probably more to it than that. But, in my case, Luke, I just told my doctor what I’d been experiencing, and he told me that it was Sleep Paralysis.”

“Recommending an antidepressant… absolutely ridiculous. You can’t just assume that everyone who’s experienced this is depressed. I just wanted to sleep, you know.”

“I’ve decided not to take the pills any longer, now that I know what it leads to. You should know that was the last resort for me; I didn’t know what else to do.”

Relieved, Luke responded, “Thank you, Normandie.”

“I know this is personal, but this is a good start for you, and medication will only hinder you as you move forward.”

Normandie asked, “What do you mean, move forward?”

Luke responded with care… he then changed to a more serious tone and said, “I’m getting ahead of myself. I’m going to remain quiet now. Please, tell me what happened.”

Normandie took a deep breath and said, “Okay, let me see.”

“I was lost in my writing… two, no, three chapters in. This is when I decided to proof what I’d already written. So I moved over to the couch to get more comfortable.”

“I have no memory of how long I was there, I just remember waking up and not being able to move.”

“Luke, I know it’s been a while for you, but if you knew how frightening it is to be frozen like that. Believe me, you would understand why I took the doctor route.”

“Anyway, this is where I found myself… once again, unable to move. It was as if I was strapped down or something. It’s really unnerving to feel trapped like that.”

“So after trying again and again to move. I just stopped trying and thought of you. I had no idea how to proceed, and then came the noise.”

“A really loud shrilling noise, and at the end of it was a bang. The only way I can describe it is it sounded like an explosive-type of bang.”

“This was when I tried to move again. It was very simple for me to sit up. I was happy, relieved really. I then stood up.”

“But I knew something wasn’t right. I mean, clearly it wasn’t the same, so I turned around. This is when I saw my sleeping body on the couch.”

“There wasn’t any fear, Luke… just curiosity.”

“I then walked over to the computer because of the light coming from the clock. It was moving, very slowly… but the way it was pushed out of the clock, like it was a turtle’s head, sticking all the way out.”

Normandie was snickering as she recalled what she was thinking… she said, “The whole house was shimmering as if it were alive.”

“Moving slowly.”

“Everything was soft. I knew that I could walk right through a wall if I tried.”

“I don’t know how long I stood there in amazement… it was a while, I’m sure. But then I looked at my hand and saw nothing. So, here I am, waving my hand in front of my face, over and over again, hoping to see something.”

“I just couldn’t believe that there was nothing there. I got concerned and walked back toward my body, and that was it. I woke up.”

Luke responded, “Good for you for not entertaining any fear. This is great, Normandie.”

“I know you were unaware, but remaining still and calm was perfect. Doing this allowed you to move to the next step.”

Normandie interrupted and asked, “So why can’t I explore, Luke? I don’t understand.”

Luke responded, “It’s just not the best neighborhood, understand? Nothing of worth.”

“You said that you were unable to see yourself; in time, this will change. You will also be able to see other beings.”

“Take note of this… this is very important to know. There are master manipulator beings in this realm, Normandie. No different than here, but these beings would make any one of our deranged murderers seem tame.”

“A great many of them have never been in humanoid form, but they can project themselves as such. Now, you would never know that and would probably take them at face value.”

“Understand?”

Normandie nodded her head.

Luke then said, “Normandie, I can appreciate your excitement, but now that you’ve been introduced to the truth of our reality. I thought you might like to know that there’s a way forward.”

Normandie asked, “What do you mean by that?”

Luke replied, “Your recovery, Normandie.”

She then sighed and said, “There it is again… recovery, what does that mean?”

Luke responded, “Remember what I told you on our walk, specifically about how our planet lost its glow due to the anchoring of negative energetics eons ago?”

Again, Normandie was nodding her head.

Luke then said, “Okay, so we now have the opportunity to recover what was lost, you see. Our planet has been anchoring the higher light energetics for some time now.”

“This has been waking up a lot of us… I’m sure this has a lot to do with your awakening as well.”

Normandie asked, “Are you telling me that the reason I’ve been experiencing this sleep paralysis is because I’m waking up?”

Luke nodded his head and said, “Yes, I believe so.”

“Not only that, Normandie, because your curiosity enticed you to investigate, you will continue to prompt yourself.”

Normandie asked, “Prompt? I’m not following.”

Luke responded, “Your higher self will begin to introduce synchronistic prompts in your reality. I would suggest you follow along.”

“Let me also ask this, remember what your mother told you about being an example for others to follow?”

Normandie responded, “Of course.”

Luke said, “We now have the opportunity to recover ourselves… meaning to embody more of our soul’s essence. This will give us the opportunity to make changes to our bodies that will allow us to descend more of our higher light. This will continue until we are fully expressed embodied beings of light.”

Smiling at her, he continued, “Remember the end of your poem? The reference that you chose this life to embody your divinity.”

Normandie was staring at Luke… she was thinking, “Okay, here we go.”

Luke recognized that she was having trouble accepting this truth, so he offered this, “This is very real, Normandie.”

“This is what your poem was referencing. Just because it isn’t accepted by mainstream doesn’t mean it isn’t a real thing. I’m sure you’re aware of this, yes?”

Normandie took a deep breath and said, “You’re right. For some reason, whenever I’m being called to push past the norm, I have issues.”

Luke’s response was this, “That’s understandable.”

“Whenever there’s an introduction of something that takes us away from what’s comfortable, most people will push back. It’s a defense mechanism.”

“A way of holding on to what makes sense to them.”

Normandie looked away; she knew without a doubt that this was happening to her. But she was also determined to get past it.

She then said, “Okay, I’ll make it a point to ignore this, I promise. This is very important to me, I don’t know why… I just know that it is.”

Normandie got up. She then picked up Luke’s empty cup along with hers and asked if he would like a refill.

Luke said, “Please.”

While in the kitchen, Normandie was thinking, “I can’t believe what’s happening right now. I never thought I would be having this type of conversation with anyone, ever. But here I am.

Luke is the perfect person to present something like this to me. He’s very genuine and kind… besides, I’ve always been able to see if someone had any hidden agendas.

Not Luke… he’s the real deal.

She then picked up the cups and walked toward Luke. He was standing by the large window in the dining room, admiring the view.

As Normandie got closer, he said, “We should go for another walk along the shore. This will be perfect for what I want to go over, okay?”

Normandie handed Luke his coffee and said, “Give me a few minutes… I need to put on my sneakers and grab my jacket.”

Luke replied, “Okay. I’ll wait for you on the patio.”

Normandie nodded her head and walked away. She was looking forward to hearing what else Luke had to tell her and was determined to remain open to the possibility of there being more to her existence than what she experienced so far.
