Add task Nintex RPA ด้วย API

โดยปกติแล้วเราจะนิยมใช้ RPA ในการทำงานกับระบบที่ไม่สามารถให้ application หรือระบบอื่นเข้ามา interface ด้วยได้ โดยเราจะสามารถทำ application ออกมาได้โดยคิดแค่ว่าจะต้องส่งข้อมูลอะไรมาให้ bot บ้างเพื่อให้ bot เอาไปทำงานต่อได้

วิธีการที่เราจะสั่งให้ bot เริ่มทำงานนอกจากการใช้ trigger เช่น Email, Schedule, File, Folder, Database ยังสามารถทำได้โดยผ่าน api ของ bot เอง โดยที่จะมี api อยู่ 2ตัวหลักๆ คือ

• GetAccessToken
• AddTask

GetAccessToken เราจะใช้เพื่อเอา access token มาใช้ authen api อื่นๆ ให้ set Body เป็น x-www-from-urlencoded โดยข้างในจะมี 4 properties

• client_id = fix ค่าเป็น kryon-public-api
• grant_type = fix ค่าเป็น password
• username = username ของ bot
• password = password ของ bot

API GetAccessToken

หลังจากเราได้ access token มาแล้ว เราสามารถเอาไปใช้ authen ใน api addtask ได้เลยโดยให้ Set Authentication เป็น Bearer Token แล้วเอา access token ใสในช่อง Token

ในส่วนของ Body ให้เลือกเป็น GraphQL ในส่วนของ Query ให้ใส่ detail ตามตัวอย่างโดย field ที่สำคัญ คือ Field queueId คือ Id ของ Queue ที่เราต้องการใช้ name คือ ชื่อ task, wizardCustomName คือ UniqueName ของ Wizard ที่จะให้ bot run และใน variables เราจะสามารถ pass value ไปให้ bot ใช้งานต่อได้ ใน wizard แค่ตั้งชื่อให้ตรงกัน ก็ใช้งานได้เลย

เราสามารถ Monitor task ของเราผ่าน Console Plus หรือจะเอา id ของ task ไปเรียก gettaskbyId ก็ได้
